How verdicts are made
Each verdict compares a product's ingredients with the import rules of your destination. Products marked as checked against the package label have been read ingredient by ingredient. The rest are based on typical ingredients and say so on the page.
When we haven't been able to confirm something, we show it as not verified or being confirmed rather than guess.
Rules and recipes change
Import rules, duty-free allowances and product recipes can change without notice. Each product page shows the date it was last checked and links to the official sources. Please check those sources before you fly.
Food rules and allergies
Food-rule labels are based on the ingredient list only. They are not a Halal, kosher or vegetarian certification, and they don't cover shared equipment or cross-contact in factories.
Don't rely on Hinomark for food allergies. Always read the package label and ask the maker if you are unsure.
